What the ride is like

Riders enter as a group at the start of the session, and an attendant assigns or directs them to cars. Each car uses two joysticks: push both forward to move ahead, pull both back to reverse, and tap the opposite joystick to turn. When the cars beep at the end, drivers return to the rink wall and remain seated until the attendant says it is safe to exit.

This is a compact activity rather than an all-afternoon attraction. If your family is making a special trip, plan a second stop or visit during a Plaza event.

Reservations, weather and refunds

  • Online reservations are recommended for groups of six or more.
  • Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • Weather closures are handled by rescheduling, subject to availability.
  • The official policy says tickets are not refundable, but a reservation may be rescheduled once.
